Lizzy Caplan is opening up about the scrapped X-Men spinoff Gambit movie. During a recent interview with Business Insider, the Party Down actress, who was in talks to star opposite Channing Tatum, detailed the film's pre-production before it ultimately got axed.

Based on the comic book character Chris Claremont and Jim Lee created in 1990, Gambit made his first appearance in live-action form in 2009’s X-Men Origins: Wolverine with Taylor Kitsch in the role.
