Antony scored on his European debut for Real Betis as they put themselves in a commanding position to reach the last 16 of the Conference League with a 3-0 victory over Belgium's Gent.

Antony’s last 18 months have widely been regarded as a disaster but the Brazil international has hit the ground running in Spain, scooping the Man of the Match award on his debu t, winning the award again and scoring in his second appearance.

Antony left Manchester United in January having scored just one goal all season, and just four in 18 months. However, his loan spell with Real Betis has gotten off to a flier, and he's scored another goal, this time away to Gent in the Europa Conference League.
