The National Weather Service forecast for the greater San Francisco Bay Area for today calls for up to an 80 percent chance of precipitation before sunset, and up to 100 percent chance of heavy rain at night.

Another round of wet and windy weather was set to run through the Bay Area with the storm triggering multiple warnings and advisories.

As expected, the North Bay took yet another heavy pounding of wind and rain, which is causing some tree falls, local flooding and traffic stopping road flooding.
