The Middle East and international community remain on edge as Israel and Iran continue attacks that began late last week.

After the recent barrage from Iran, Magen David Adom, an organization that provides emergency medical services across Israel, says its teams treated a total of eight casualties, as well as nine individuals suffering from anxiety.

Dozens of others were injured overnight across Israel, the authorities said. Israel was striking military sites in Iran and the four-day-old conflict showed no sign of slowing.

Iran’s health ministry stated that 224 people have been killed and 1,277 others hospitalised since Israeli strikes began Friday.

Israel and Iran attacked each other for a fifth straight day, and US President Donald Trump urged Iranians to evacuate Tehran, citing what he said was the country's rejection of a deal to curb nuclear weapons development.
