A total of four initially escaped Newark's Delaney Hall facility, where ICE has been holding individuals facing possible deportation, last Thursday. One was captured in Passaic on Saturday, by the FBI and ICE, and a second was taken into custody Sunday.
On June 12, detainees at Delaney Hall in Newark pushed down a wall and escaped during a disturbance that prompted a major law enforcement response.
More than 600 local law enforcement agencies throughout the country are officially partnering with ICE to arrest and detain undocumented immigrants.
Federal immigration detainee Emerson Colindres, who is facing deportation to Honduras, is no longer in custody at the Butler County Jail. Colindres was moved out around 1:30 or 2:30 a.m., according to a jail supervisor.
