Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested on Friday over allegedly helping an undocumented immigrant "evade arrest" the week prior, FBI Director Kash Patel said.

The FBI arrested Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan, alleging she interfered in an immigration operation. Wisconsin Court of Appeals Judge Pedro Colón joins Ana Cabrera to react to the incident and to share his experience with Judge Dugan.

"Just NOW, the FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on charges of obstruction — after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week," Patel, who was appointed by President Donald Trump, wrote in a now-deleted post on X, formerly Twitter.
