Delaware State Fairgrounds (18500 S. DuPont Highway, Harrington) on July 17. Harness racing starts at 5 p.m., followed by fireworks that same evening/night. Rocky Bluewinkle and the Wilmington Blue Rocks are on a mission to knock it out of the park with their fan-favorite firework shows at Frawley Stadium.
