The Saudi Pro League’s transfer window closed on January 31, while the transfer window in Turkey remains open until February 11. While the window shuts at 11pm on Monday, there is still a chance of signings being announced in the subsequent hours as clubs can apply for a two-hour extension to allow them to finalise signings up until 1am on Tuesday.
