Teams from River Hills Elementary, Mulrennan Middle School and Robinson High School all finished first in their divisions.

Neighbors hope to get the petition out into the community in the next week.

"It's such a big event and it's a great cause, especially this year because of the hurricanes," Jerri Bourgholtzer of The Bougie Pet Boutique said.
