There are tornadoes on the ground right now in Illinois. The heat and humidity are increasing over Indiana and the southern half of Lower Michigan. This newest tornado watch issued at around 1 p.m. Eastern covers the next area to have tornadic storms move into it.

Northern and central Indiana are under a tornado watch until 8 p.m. EDT, with scattered hail up to ping-pong ball-sized hail and wind gusts up to 75 mph possible.

A Tornado Watch continues for central Indiana until 8pm. The combination of sunny skies, warm air and dewpoints in the low 70s will proved fuel for storms that have developed ahead of a cold
