Jhon Paul Cela-Pichisaca of 118 Baltic Rd., Norwich is accused of stabbing Nelson Chumap on Friday, Jan 10. He is facing charges of murder and carrying a dangerous weapon. Cela-Pichisaca is currently being held on $500,000 cash surety bond pending his arraignment in Norwich Superior Court.
