A pickup truck and a tour van collided on a highway leading to Yellowstone National Park, leaving seven people dead and eight others injured, Idaho State Police said.

ISLAND PARK, Idaho (AP) — A pickup truck and tour van collision near Yellowstone National Park has killed seven people and injured eight others, Idaho State Police say.

Illinois State Police said the driver who crashed into a building housing an after-school program in Chatham, Illinois, killing four, was not intoxicated at the time of the crash.

Officials from Illinois State Police announced Thursday the driver involved in a deadly crash that occurred earlier this week in Chatham, Illinois was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. WGN's Dana Rebik reports on the latest details in the story.
