Goff became Cal's second No. 1 overall selection in the NFL Draft when the Los Angeles Rams made him the first pick on April 28, 2016. Goff started all 37 games possible during his three seasons at Cal from 2013-15 and is the only quarterback in school history to have ever started his first game as a true freshman.
