Sep 20, 2020 · Dark Fate was very badly written, and comprised basically of 30mins of T2 remake but worse in every way, followed by boredom. Not surprised it bombed at all. The new Terminator "Rev-9" as a concept, which basically seemed to be "terminator that can split into T1000 & T-800 simultaneously" was boring in every way.

Oct 18, 2020 · I enjoyed Dark Fate a fair bit. Liked the action, liked the idea that a Terminator assimilated fully into society, Linda Hamilton being back was great and Mackenzie Davis was great too. It was a retread, but at least it was an entertaining one, unlike Salvation and Genisys.

Aug 28, 2024 · The terminator can't hit a character with a full mag of gatling gun and then a handgun; it felt like it was a Tex Avery/Storm Troopers parody, bullets hit everywhere around the character. Also same character holding a terminator, being repeatedly punched multiple times in the back by said terminator and having no damage afterwards.
